Refund policy

At Shopwhop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your courier tracking (TCS/Leopards/M&P). Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Item is not damaged, altered, or worn beyond simply trying it on.
  • You provide the original order number/invoice and, where applicable, an unboxing video as proof (see Section 6 below).
  • The return request is raised through official channels (WhatsApp/email/helpline) within the 7-day window — not through social media comments/DMs alone.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a genuine manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered:

  • Innerwear, socks, cosmetics, and personal hygiene items (for health/safety reasons).
  • Items marked "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • Free gifts or promotional items included with an order.

4. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Item

If you receive a wrong item, a defective item, or a damaged product:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the item and packaging.
  • Claims made after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video (for damage claims), may be rejected at our discretion, as this protects us from false damage claims.
  • Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, as applicable — your choice.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa to the details you provide. Refunds are not given in cash on the spot.
  • Online/Bank Paid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or bank account used.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was wrong, damaged, or defective on our part.

6. Unboxing Video Requirement

For all damage, defect, or "missing item" claims, we strongly recommend recording an unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. This protects both you and us from disputes — claims without supporting evidence may be declined.

7. Exchange Policy

Size or color exchanges (where stock is available) are allowed within the same 7-day window, subject to the item meeting all conditions in Section 2. Exchange shipping charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of request.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal Policy

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason (e.g., item not as described, damaged on arrival) may result in:

  • Your number/address being flagged for advance payment only on future orders, or
  • Refusal of future order acceptance, at Shopwhop' sole discretion.

9. How to Request a Return/Refund

10. Policy Changes

Shopwhop reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your order placement will apply to that order.
