Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Shopwhop processes and delivers your orders across Pakistan.

1. Courier Partners

We ship all orders through trusted, reliable courier partners:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P (Muller & Phipps)

The courier used for your order depends on your city and delivery zone, and will be selected by Shopwhop to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • COD orders are confirmed via a verification call/WhatsApp message before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, weather, strikes, public holidays, political situations, or other events beyond Shopwhop' control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • We may offer free shipping on select promotions or orders above a certain value, as advertised on the Site at the time of your purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where the return is due to a Shopwhop error (wrong/damaged item).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email, which you can use to track your parcel directly on the courier company's website (TCS/Leopards/M&P).

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and reachable.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the order will be returned to Shopwhop. Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

7. Address & Contact Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address, city, and phone number before confirming your order. Shopwhop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team with your order/tracking number. We will investigate with the courier partner and, where confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund, at our discretion.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Shopwhop only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.
