4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not confirmed until Shopwhop verifies and accepts it (via call/WhatsApp/SMS confirmation for COD orders).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated COD refusal, incorrect address/contact details, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
  • Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa)
  • Bank Transfer

For advance-paid orders, please ensure payment details/screenshots are shared as instructed at checkout. Shopwhop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details submitted by the customer.

Shipping is handled by our courier partners (TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P) as detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; Shopwhop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
